General Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Reservation:
    • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort.
    • Bookings can be made through our official website, OTAs, email, telephone or our through GSA
    • Full payment or 50% advance payment may be required at the time of booking for blocking the rooms.
  2. Check-in and Check-out:
    • Check-in time is 12.00 noon and check-out time is11.00 AM.
    • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Payment:
    • Payment can be made by Google pay, bank transfer or cash or through online booking
    • All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  4. Guest Responsibilities:
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort’s property during their stay.
    • Guests are required to adhere to the resort’s policies regarding noise, behavior, and use of facilities.
  5. Liability:
    • The resort is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the guest’s stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or health-related issues.
  6. Force Majeure:
    • The resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
  7. Amendment of Terms:
    • The resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  8. Jurisdiction:
    • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
