Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • Any amendment / Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
    • Any amendment / Cancellations made within 29 days to 15 days of arrival may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
    • Any amendment / Cancellations made less than 14 days of arrival may be charged the full booking amount.
    • No-shows or early departures will be charged the full booking amount.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is received.
    • Refunds will be issued only through bank transfer to the original payment method used for the booking.
  3. Non-Refundable Bookings:
    • Some promotional rates or special offers may be non-refundable. Please check the terms and conditions of your booking carefully before confirming.
  4. Modification of Booking:
    • Changes to the booking dates or room type may be permitted subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the resort directly to request any modifications to your booking.
  5. Force Majeure:
    • In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events, the resort reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice. In such cases, guests will be offered alternative accommodation options or extended rescheduled dates.
  6. Group Bookings:
    • Different cancellation policies may apply to group bookings. Please contact the reservation team for the terms and conditions applicable for the group booking.
  7. Refund Disputes:
    • Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellation charges will be resolved at the discretion of the resort management.
